The Problem

Founder Anne Nowak struggled to find a cleaning company that delivered reliable, detailed service without extra charges for basic cleaning tasks. Like many homeowners, she found services that were “okay” — but never exceptional.

The Idea

After hearing the same frustrations from friends, neighbors, and coworkers, Anne realized there was a need for a cleaning company built around what clients actually wanted: consistency, trust, communication, and attention to detail.

Building the Company

Using her background in business management and development, Anne researched what homeowners valued most in a cleaning service and built Maids My Way around those expectations.
