Our Concierge laundry service will pick up your laundry, sort, wash, dry, fold or hang and deliver them back to you in 48 hours. We don’t want your nicely cleaned cloths sitting out in the weather any more than you do. This is why we will bring them into your home and put them in the area of your home you have requested.

We will bill you credit or debit card directly and email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed.
There is no pickup or delivery fees
There is a minimum charge of $25.00 per pick up.
We have an email and/or text reminder the day price to help make sure you don’t forget. If you need to skip service that week or switch to a different day, simply reply back or call our office. However, if you forget to leave your laundry out do reserve the right to charge a $20 pick up fee.
No, you can cancel or suspend service any time.
Your Welcome Kit will be delivered to you prior to you starting service. It will consist of one laundry bag (if you need more just let us know) one mesh bag marked “special attention” and one that you can put any items that you would like hung instead of folded.
Ideally by 5:00 pm the day before you would like service but if you call us we will do our best to accommodate a same day pickup.

Not to worry we are a concierge service that provides unmatched service. We take it in and place it in your designated area in your home rain or shine.

Yes, we do. Just put the items that need “special Attention” in the “SPECIAL ATTENTION” bag and we will do our best to get it out. While we are usually pretty good at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stain before putting it in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.
While we have a reputation for high quality, mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify us and we will do our very best to make it right.
